About me

Hi! I'm Jennifer/HFYJ. I’m a designer who treats all my works like art.

As John Ive said in an interview

“The spiritual thing is that when somebody unwrapped that box, and took out that cable, and saw that somebody gave a sh*t about me, I think that’s a spiritual thing.”

Coming from a fine arts background, my practice is rooted in the belief that everything I create should have purpose. In an age where AI handles the work, the intentionality and care is what gives design its soul.

MY PEOPLE

A big part of who I am comes from my communities.

I am grateful to be able to surround myself with talented designers, builders, creatives, and people who are passionate about what they do!

TECH@NYU

NYU's oldest, largest, and premier student org for all things tech related.

From dev team member to marketing director and President, I had the pleasure of working with the best team to build THE tech community @ NYU!

AStudio

NYU Tisch's design club connecting students with design opportunities

What began as an Adobe Student Ambassador club grew into a community centered on all things design. As co-founder and president, I was grateful to be able to watch it evolve into a creative hub at NYU.
